• How does The Caddis Cult work? plus minus

  Just sign up, then make sure you’re logged into your account whenever you place an order and you’ll earn points for your purchases.  We’ll keep tabs on your points in your account. You'll also receive free standard shipping on every order (US only).

• Do my points expire? plus minus

  Points will expire after you’ve gone a year without making a purchase. However, you can always redeem your points for a reward and use the reward later–it won’t expire. Customers will receive a reminder via email 30 days before any points are set to expire.

• How do I redeem my points? plus minus

  Visit the Caddis Cult page and log in to select and redeem your reward.

• How do I sign up? plus minus

  Join The Caddis Cult here. It should take less than a minute.

• How do I change my email or password? plus minus

  If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot Password” link on the account login page. If you know your password but want to change it, simply use "Forgot Password" on the account login page to reset it. Any changes to email addresses associated with accounts must be handled by our cult support team. • Can I earn points at Caddis NYC? plus minus

  Absolutely. Just provide the email address that is connected to your loyalty account at checkout. Unfortunately you can only redeem points for rewards or use claimed rewards at caddislife.com.

• I forgot to log in before placing an order. Can I still earn points? plus minus

  Yep. If you haven’t created an account yet, please do it here, using the email address you used to place your order. If you have an account and accidentally used a different email address for your order, contact customer service and they’ll get you straightened out.

• Can I share an account with someone in my household? plus minus

  Sure, you’ll just need to use the same address and account when making a purchase.

• Where can I see how many points I have? plus minus

  Visit the Caddis Cult and log in to view and redeem your points.

• How long does it take for points to show up in my account? plus minus

  Immediately after purchase, your points will show as “pending.” Thirty days after purchase, your points will show as “approved” and will be redeemable at that time.

• I think I’m missing points. What should I do? plus minus

  Check your account to see your points by status and history. Remember that points will be shown as “pending” for 30 days post-purchase and will be “approved” and ready to use 30 days after your purchase. Remember that in order to earn points, purchases must be completed with the same email address you used to create your account. • Can I use a discount I earned with points along with another discount or offer? plus minus

  Yes, you can use a discount you earned with points with another discount. Just add both discount codes during checkout.

• I purchased glasses at Anthropologie or another store that sells Caddis. Can I earn points for that? plus minus

  Only glasses purchased at Caddislife.com or Caddis NYC are eligible for points. Digital points just don’t translate well to the real world.

• I’m having trouble logging in to my account. What should I do? plus minus
