Mixed Feelings

"First of all, the look and style is a 10/10. The width is a 10/10. The nose bridge is a 5/10. The glasses around the ears is a 2/10. I've had many readers over the years and although these look fabulous, they are the oddest fitting glasses I've ever owned. The nose bridge falls down my nose constantly, had to buy grippers to put on the glasses to help, but it only helps slightly, as the area around the ears really has not much of a bend to it to keep the glasses on your head. I'm going to have to take them to an eyeglass place to get them fitted properly. BTW I've never had an issue prior to this with any readers that I've ever owned with the fit. Every reader prior to these have fit pretty much perfect. Not the case here. Great looking but need work on the function/fit of the glasses."

Q&A

Is the plastic/colored part of the frames on the narrow fit actually thinner as well? This measurement is not provided. Thank you.
The acetate is the same. It's just a dimensional change for the narrow.

It would depend on each person. We would recommend looking at the full measurements on each model or contact customer service and we'll be happy to help you.
How can I get the narrow Bixby with a 2.25 diopter in a clear lens? The clear lens option is only offered in a 2 or 2.5 diopter.
I'm sorry the RGB true color clear is a custom lens and we don't offer quarter strength lenses with the custom eyewear. The glasses however are optical quality so you could take them somewhere locally that may offer those types of lenses.
I have a Bixby in turtle but they are a 1.5 and I now need a 1.75. Can you just switch the lenses? And use my original frame?
I'm sorry we don't offer lens replacements, however the glasses are optical quality so you could take them to a local lab and have the lenses replaced if those services were offered.
When on zoom, will these reflect the blue tint? I have a pair of these now that do. I love the shape, but don't want my lenses to look blue on a zoom call
Hi Nisha, our glasses come standard with the frq blue light blocking lenses. Those will reflect the blue light and show up on zoom calls. We do have an optional lens called the RGB true color clear, this can be found under lens tint when choosing your options. These wouldn't have the same blue reflection on zoom calls.
