What do I need to place my order?
You will need to have a valid eyeglasses prescription (meaning: it’s not for contacts, it hasn’t expired, and all values are readable) or provide us with the name of your Doctor’s office so we can call and get a copy from them.
How do I get a copy of my prescription to you?
After your order is placed, look for an email from us with information regarding where to email your prescription.
If you do not have a copy of your prescription we are happy to call your eye doctor for you. Just email us the office name, phone number and your date of birth and we will take care of the rest.
When will I receive my prescription glasses?
Every prescription is unique. These orders generally take longer to receive because they are custom made for your eyes only.
After we have received your prescription and all necessary information, it typically takes about 2 weeks before we ship your order. Once you have placed your order, you will get an email to confirm we received your order and requesting your prescription.
While we cannot rush your order, you can speed things up by selecting faster shipping at checkout.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your prescription order, please let us know within 60 days of receiving your prescription glasses. We will get an exchange or a full refund set up for you.
(Note: Refunds must be credited to the original payment method)
For International Returns & Exchanges:
While we are unable to provide our international customers with shipping labels for returns or exchanges, we would still be happy to help you with a return or exchange. Please give us a call at 385-999-7122 or email us at email@example.com and we can guide you through the best way to return or exchange your purchase. Please note that duties/taxes will not be refunded for returned orders.
